Leto au Augustus was the ward of Nero au Augustus and a Lancer to House Augustus.

Darrow describes him as having "braided hair and a half moon grin."

Leto is described as seeming kind-hearted, noble and stoic.
Abilities[]
Leto is a talented fighter and some call him a "young Lorn au Arcos".[1] His razor's blade shimmers in rainbow colors.[2]
Involvement[]
Pre-Saga[]
Leto was found by Pliny au Velocitor, who knew that Leto would remind Nero of his lost son Claudius and win his heart. So Pliny cultivated Leto, trained him, and convinced Nero to adopt him as a ward with the aim of replacing Virginia and Adrius as heir to House Augustus.[3]
Red Rising[]
Though not named at the time, Leto was later identified as one of the Golds present with Nero during his visit to Lykos when Eo sang the Reaping Song.[1]
Golden Son[]
Leto accompanied the rest of House Augustus to Luna for the Summit in early January 742 PCE.
When the Gala Massacre began, Leto enters the fray along with Kavax and Daxo au Telemanus. When the Augustan retinue flees the Gala, Leto intercepts Karnus au Bellona to protect Nero. After pushing Karnus back, Leto freezes up. He reaches for his thigh as if stung before slowly sinking to one knee. Leto then seems to freeze in place before Karnus cuts off his head.
As Leto dies, Darrow glimpses Adrius tucking his stylus into his sleeve and realizes that Leto's fall had been the result of a poison dart shot by Adrius in the chaos.
