Wulfgar the Whitetooth is an Obsidian hero of the Solar War and ArchWarden of the Solar Republic.
Appearance[]
Like all Obsidians, Wulfgar has black eyes and white hair. He is described as a tree root of a man, "gnarled and narrow." His face is as angular as a raptor's and his beard is braided like Ragnar's. He wears pale blue armor and carries a razor with a hilt made from an ice dragon from Earth's south pole.[1]
Involvement[]
Golden Son[]
Wulfgar is one of the Obsidians who is given a razor by Darrow and Sevro during the Lion's Rain after their force is decimated by an EMP.[1] While Darrow and the Howlers push on into the city in pursuit of Octavia, Wulfgar follows Ragnar to the walls of Agea to open the city gates for Darrow's Legates.[2]
Morning Star[]
At some point between March 742 and 743 PCE, Wulfgar joins the Sons of Ares, and is part of the team that rescues Darrow O'Lykos from the Jackal's fortress in Attica.
Iron Gold[]
At some point between 743 and 753 PCE, Wulfgar founded the Wardens,[3] a peacekeeping force under the command of the Republic Senate.
He participated in the Siege of Mercury, but was recalled to Luna by the Senate before Darrow launched an Iron Rain to claim the planet for the Republic. He greets Darrow at the end of the Liberation Day parade following the Reaper's return to Luna.
When the Senate orders Darrow's arrest, Virginia summons Wulfgar and a squad of Wardens to arrest him. Despite only fighting to incapacitate him, Darrow accidentally kills Wulfgar when Sevro fires a stun weapon at Wulfgar and pushes him into the path of Darrow's razor.
